High Elevation Zoe's School Perspective

Here are two photos taken on the campus of Northern Arizona University (NAU). NAU is the home of my current academic pursuit.

This photo is one of bicycles buried in the remains of the blizzard.
The photo was provided to NAU's Cline Library by Ariel Porter.

This photo looks across campus toward the north with the snow- capped San Francisco Peaks providing a stunning backdrop. This photo was provided to NAU's Cline Library by Ryan Dimal.

Breathtaking View of Snow-capped Peaks

As I ventured away from Flagstaff this past week, those remaining were visited by a winter storm which bathed the city and the San Francisco Peaks with a refreshing but heavy snowfall measuring two feet in the city and almost four feet on the peaks. Ahh, the relief the trees must have felt as the wet white crystals began to drench them and quench their thirst. Ahh, the beauty of it all! Wish each of you could see it. zoe :o)
